This we all know is true
When hearing other’s issues
You imagine, OMG, me too!

My tale isn’t my own
It’s a trip many share
We’ve all suffered heartache of a few kind
Leaving us by myself in our despair.

My explanation for sharing my pages
In an insignificant bankruptcy within the publication of me
Is to exhibit there's wish past the darkness
You simply need to have religion in an effort to see.

Bent no longer damaged took seven years to write
Though a booklet wasn’t my intention
I had to percentage my thoughts
For my very own intervention.

I would really like to observe as you read
See the expression in your face
That you too have encountered an analogous feelings
In yet again and place.

I’m hoping you connect
Realize it's okay to consider down
But don’t reside at the past
Or within the negativity, you’ll absolutely drown.

Try to discover a positive
In every day
Or faux it until you're making it
And think if there’s a will there’s a way.
